Programme Management Services

TRUSTECH Programme Management Services operates at two levels.

Strategic. Programme Management Services are available to lead or support high value multi-partner funding bids in the health and social care innovation fields, providing creative input, high value contacts and bid writing, process design and funding analysis to help ensure a successful bid.

Delivery. Programme delivery can be provided by the Programme Management Services team. Typically this will involve recruitment and orientation of key staff to support the project, design of support systems and processes, knowledge capture, reporting and monitoring to ensure full auditability. Once established and proven; staff, systems and processes can be transferred to clients as in-house services.
