Operational Management
TRUSTECH Operational Management operates at two levels.
Strategic. Operational Innovation Management is available to lead or support high value multi-partner projects in the health and social care innovation fields, providing creative input, high value contacts and project development process design and funding analysis to help ensure a successful outcome.
Delivery. Delivery addresses the most frequent missing element – management bandwidth and expertise. Typically this will involve a mix of direct interim operational management and project leadership, mentoring, alongside recruitment and orientation of key staff to support the project, design of support systems and processes, knowledge capture, reporting and monitoring to ensure full auditability. This support can be provided until staff, systems and processes are established and self-sustaining.
