Following a period of significant change our client required an experienced senior manager to lead the Innovation Team through a period of uncertainty and ambiguity.
There was an immediate requirement to bridge the gap during the recruitment of a new senior management team across the division and address embedded and complex issues at the request of the trusts executive team.
TRUSTECH seconded a Director on a fixed term basis developing and executing a clear action plan:
Reviewing and implementing changes to internal government and processes
Identifying and contracting specialist resources to support the team
Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
Supporting the recruitment of the new senior management team
Representing the trust and Senior Operations team at various events
